Federal Authority for Identity and citizenship participated in the “Exhibition of Service Rendered to Older Persons in Dubai”, which is organized by the Ministry of Community Development in celebration of the International Day for Older Persons, with the aim of introducing all members of society to the needs of older persons, and to make them aware of their role towards the homeland as effective and productive individuals.
The participation of FAIC in the exhibition, which was attended by government, private and national institutions, included leaflets and brochures explaining the services provided by FAIC to its customers and the procedures followed for obtaining these services.
Fathia Abdullah Al Ali, executive officer at FAIC’s customer happiness center in Al Barsha, represented FAIC and explained to the visitors of FAIC platform the importance of the smart Emirates ID card and its uses.
