Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (FAIC) briefed a delegation from the Federal Transport Authority- Land and Maritime (FTA) on its experience in participating in Emirates Government Excellence Program and the World Star Rating System (7 stars) adopted by the government.
Mr. Ismail Fadlallah, Director of Customer Happiness Centers, reviewed, before the delegation, the experience of FAIC in developing the level of its services in line with the standards of 7-Star System. Three of its centers were able to get a 5 Star Rating, and five of its centers got a rating of (4 star) rating.
Nasser Al Abdooli, Director of Customer Happiness Centers Support, in attendance of Rashid Al Nuaimi, Director of Dubai and Northern Emirates Customer Happiness Centers and a number of centers’ directors in the area, explained in details to the delegation the services provided by FAIC’s Customer Happiness Centers to its customers, the standards it adopts and the most prominent methodologies and means applicable to train its employees in this field.
The delegation, chaired by Dr. Aisha Al Busmait, Director of the Government Communication Department, listened to explanation about the nature of the work in the Center and the procedures of providing services to the customers in accordance with the Charter adopted by FAIC in this field, which focuses on the commitment to provide a service that meets the aspirations of the customer and exceeds his expectations.
