Emirates Identity Authority’s delegation visits Kuwait’s Public Authority for Civil Information

A delegation from the Emirates Identity Authority has visited Kuwait with the aim of exchanging expertise and exploring the experience of the Public Authority for Civil Information in issuing ID cards; registration procedures; printing, lamination and distribution of cards; and customer service.

During a joint meeting between the two delegations, H.E. Musaed Hussain Al-Asousi, Director General of the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI), made a presentation about the PACI in which he talked about its nature of work, tasks and main objective and how to form the information system.

Meanwhile, the Emirates Identity Authority’s delegation paid a visit to the registration center for citizens and residents where it was familiarized with the registration procedures taken for the two categories and the services provided by the center including the renewal and updating of ID cards.

The delegation also visited the ID card printing department with the aim of getting familiarized with the printing procedures, how to make sure of the quality of data on cards and what mechanism is used to deliver cards through distribution channels.

The Emirates Identity Authority’s delegation consisted of H.E. Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Executive Director of Population Register, H.E. Yousef Al Bulooshi, Chief Executive Officer of Registration Centers, H.E. Abdullah Askar, ID Card and Population Register Advisor, Mr. Mohamed Al Harthy, Director of Abu Dhabi Centers, Mr. Ismael Fadhlullah, Director of Dubai and Northern Emirates Centers, and Mr. Mohamed Al Ahbabi, General Supervisor of Western Region Centers.
