Emirates identity Authority discusses mutual co-operation prospects with Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University

A delegation from the Emirates Identity Authority, headed by H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has visited the Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University in Dubai International Academic City.

A joint meeting, held between the two sides in the presence of Dr. Mansoor Al Awar, Chancellor of Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University, discussed the possible prospects of co-operation, particularly with respect to large-scale investment in developing human cadres, consolidating effective communication channels and exchanging knowledge and expertise for serving the common aspirations of both sides.

Expressing his happiness about visiting the university, Al Khouri reiterated the Emirates Identity Authority’s commitment to enhance bilateral co-operation in all fields of mutual concern, particularly professional training and development of qualified nationals capable of carrying on the process of development and excellence in the UAE.

Al Khouri praised the high position of the university as being the leading educational institution for eLearning and quality management in the Arab world, stressing the Emirates Identity Authority’s keenness on making a success of its strategic partnership with the university and benefiting from the university’s high potentials in the field of continuous education and lifelong learning through a series of academic programs, which focus on the management of projects and human resources, organizational leadership and corporate excellence and serve the Emirates Identity Authority’s aspirations for developing its administrative, financial and technical policies and investing in human cadres with the aim of building highly qualified and experienced national workforce.

Meanwhile, Al Awar highlighted the role of this partnership in fulfilling the common visions, creating a convenient environment that would encourage creativity and innovation, and consolidating the corporate excellence culture by employing all the tools available to develop the capabilities of national human resources and enabling them to benefit from the university’s advanced academic programs and teaching philosophy based on the concept of lifelong learning, which, in turn, allows more flexibility to provide education for all as per the highest efficiency and credibility standards.

He clarified that the university is keen on supplying the Emirates Identity Authority with all the available resources, experiences and potentials to support its endeavor to develop a highly responsible working team capable of confronting the emerging challenges within a work environment based on administrative excellence and high-quality services by organizing joint seminars, meetings and conferences that focus on leadership and corporate excellence.

The Emirates Identity Authority’s delegation consisted of H.E. Hatem Al Hamli, Executive Director for Financial Affairs and Acting Executive Director for Administrative Affairs and Relations, Abdul Aziz Sultan Al Maamari, Director of Public Relations and Marketing, Khawala Al Tayer, HR Director, Khadija Shaheen, Director of Al Karama Registration Center, Jassim Al Raisi, Director of Al Rashidiya Registration Center, and Nasser Al Abdouli, Director of Al Barsha Registration Center.

The meeting was attended from Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University by Dr. Ibrahim Mahmoud Abdul Rahman, Vice Chancellor, Dr. Nabil Baydoun, Assistant Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Sireen Al Salhat, Director of University Chancellor’s Office, and Nadia Amanullah Kamali, Director of Marketing Department.
