Dubai Residency honours the winners of the Institutional Leadership Award

His Excellency Lieutenant-General Mohamed Ahmed Al Marri, Director-General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, honoured the outstanding employees and sectors that received Dubai Residency medals for functional, administrative and institutional excellence as part of the Institutional Leadership Award in its eleventh edition for the year 2021-2020, in the presence of Major General Obaid Muhair bin Suroor, Deputy Director General and Assistant Directors-General, their deputies and several senior officers and employees.
The ceremony included honouring 14 job categories within Dubai Residency Medals, which were represented in the innovative administrative employee category, the proactive employee, the young employee in the supervisory field, the specialized jobs category, the exceptional leader in the field, the role model employee, in addition to the outstanding service employee, sports creativity employee, and the category of exceptional leader in the field, the scholarship employee, and the honouring also included 7 institutional categories that embodied the various sectors of the administration in several main themes.
His Excellency Lieutenant-General Al Marri praised the efforts of the Department’s employees, stressing the role adopted by the establishment of Dubai to instil a culture of excellence in the work environment. He expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Institutional Leadership Award team, describing them as distinguished and creative employees that have been consolidating their presence as active and influential persons. He also thanked the outstanding employees and winning teams for their efforts, their dedication and keenness to achieve all the goals and objectives pursued by the administration, wishing everyone more success, progress and prosperity.
