During their second regular meeting for 2012, the directors of the Emirates Identity Authority-affiliated registration centers discussed the results of a study on customer satisfaction and secret shopper in addition to the latest developments related to registration procedures and the mechanism of delivering ID cards to customers.
H.E. Mohammed Abdullah Al Harthy, Acting Executive Director of Registration Centers, who presided over the meeting held in the Emirates Identity Authority’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi yesterday, praised the efforts exerted by the directors and employees of registration centers for providing the best services, underscoring the importance for them to keep developing and upgrading the provided services.
Al Harthy urged all the directors of centers to send the statistics related to performance indices, customers’ complaints and survey results regularly. He also urged them to deal speedily with all the updates that might have a negative bearing on the performance of registration centers and to implement the proposals that would improve the performance of registration centers and upgrade the Emirates Identity Authority’s services.
During the meeting, the directors of centers were instructed to prepare for the competition over the Security & Safety Award. In this connection, the meeting discussed the procedures to be taken as well as the exchange of experiences and expertise as regards emergency cases and how to deal with these cases through dedicated workshops.
