ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ras Al Khaimah briefed the delegation of the Nationality Department in Ras Al Khaimah with its experience in the Emirates Government Services Excellence Program and Global Star Rating System for Services (7 Stars).
This came during the visit of the delegation to ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ras Al Khaimah, in which Ismail Al Blooshi, the Director of the Center, presented to the delegation, that was headed by Lieutenant Colonel Hamoud Al Shahi, Director of Facilities Compliance Department, a brief about the services provided to the customers by the Center, in addition to the mechanisms, practices, and standards approved in such field. They contributed to acquiring a 5-star rating in the third cycle of the Global Star Rating System for Services, as one of seven government centers that acquired such rating.
Fatma Al Blooshi, the Center Supervisor, and Amal Qassim, Senior Excellence Administration officer, presented to the delegation an illustration on the mechanisms and practices applied by the Customer Happiness Center, which contributed to excellence in the field of service provision in accordance with the code approved by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship in such field. The code focuses on compliance with the provision of the service that meets the customer’s ambition and exceeds the customer’s expectations.
The Center organized for the delegation a tour in its various sections, in which the delegation listened to an illustration presented by the employee Abdullah Hassan Al Kamali, Senior Customer Happiness Administration officer, on the nature of work in the Center, and the registration and ID issuance procedures, and briefed them about the system of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
