The Emirates Identity Authority has organized a specialized training program titled “Art of conducting personal interviews with job applicants” for its directors of departments and heads of sections.
This training program, which was presented by Dr. Mohamed Al Ameri, saw the participation of 10 male and female departmental directors and section heads from the different Emirates Identity Authority’s offices across the UAE.
The presence of the departmental directors as well as their interaction and interjections played a major role in making a success of the training program, which was held in the evening period on July 13 and 14 at the rate of 5 training hours daily.
This course is organized for the Emirates Identity Authority’s employees for the second time in the light of a strategic co-operation between the Success Skills for Human Development and the strategic training partner of the Smart Mind Center For Human Development, UAE.
