Mrs. Balqees Khalil Rahman from Ras Al Khaimah won the prize of the monthly cultural contest organized by the Emirates Identity Authority for last September.
Mr. Ismael Hashim Al Bulooshi, Director of Ras Al Khaimah Registration Center, honored the winner and handed the prize of AED 5,000 over to her at Ras Al Khaimah Registration Center.
Last August, the Emirates Identity Authority announced that its financial reward earmarked to the winners of its monthly cultural contest was increased from AED 1,000 to AED 5,000.
The Emirates Identity Authority called on the public to participate in its monthly cultural contest by answering its questions to be eligible for a raffle draw to win AED 5,000.
The questions of the Emirates Identity Authority’s monthly cultural contest focus on developing the national identity as well as implanting it in the society and consolidating its values based on the constants on which the Emirates Identity Authority was established. The national identity is among the priorities with which every individual of the society, wherever he/she is, should be armed.
It is worthwhile that the winner of the contest is selected by an online random drawing using the website www.random.org.
