His Excellency Ali Mohammed Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” paid an inspection visit to “Khalifa City Customers Happiness Center” based in Abu Dhabi Emirate in the light of 5 stars rating granted by Emirates Program for Excellence in Government Services that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, approved its results announced for the 4th edition of service centers rating in line with the global services rating system.
His Excellency ICA Chairman unveiled the curtain over 5 stars rating board in the presence of Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Acting ICA Director General, along with a wide range of executive directors. He further toured the Center and congratulated both all employees for their strenuous efforts and sense of devotion at work for the purpose of achieving the highest levels of performance.
Al Shamsi expressed his pleasure for the top-notch services delivered by the Center stressing that the top achievements made by the Center in the context of Emirates Program for Excellence in Government Services, reflect the governmental policies aiming at enhancing customers satisfaction as well as promoting services delivery system. He also paid tribute to the sincere efforts exerted by all ICA employees in order to meet the best expectation of valued customers.
Furthermore, Al Shamsi inspected ICA operations room at Khalifa City Customers Happiness Center based in Abu Dhabi emirate. He has been further briefed on the progress of ICA operations in addition to the supporting facilities which boost the services delivery model across all ICA centers to ensure the highest quality of final outputs. During his visit, Al Shamsi said: “The optimal usage of the cutting-edge techniques introduced by ICA will contribute to improving and promoting the overall performance and achieving the pioneering role and competitiveness aspired and envisaged by the UAE wise leadership”.
