ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Rashidiya participated in the “Innovation towards Leadership” Seminar, which was organized by Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP), attended by more than 200 employees from Dubai Government.
Dr. Ahmed Al Nusseirat, the DGEP Coordinator-General, delivered a speech at the opening of the seminar. He stressed that government innovation and creativity is an Emirati industry established by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The seminar addressed the importance of innovation being a key driver of economic development in the developed countries. It also plays a vital role in shaping the future and developing the quality of life.
Iman Al Blushi, Director of Al Rashidiya Center, Mona Al Marzouki, and Mona Al Mansouri, members of the Innovation Team, attended the seminar.
