ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Fujairah honored a number of distinguished employees and customers who achieved high-performance rates during the last months. They have shown excellence in the fields of creativity, knowledge exchange, and dealing with the public at the Center and the Customer Happiness Centers annexed to the Preventive Medicine Center of the ICA in the Emirate of Fujairah.
This honoring marks the “Happiness Thumbnail” Initiative launched by the ICA to achieve the highest levels of happiness and loyalty for employees and enhance their spirit of challenge and perseverance.
Ahmed Al Abdouli, the Director of the Center distributed certificates of appreciation to the honorees, who expressed their happiness with this gesture and thanked ICA for its interest in the distinguished employees and appreciating all their efforts, as this in turn motivates them to improve their performance and provide their best.
