A delegation from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi visited the Identity and Passports Sector Operations Centre in Khalifa City in the emirate, and looked at the best practices for following up on the performance of customer happiness centres. The delegation was acquainted with the progress of the centre’s activities and the supporting facilities for following up on the service delivery system. The delegation also learned about the main processes in following up the performance of residency operations through the automated queuing system and the closed circuit television system.
