The program seeks to achieve the vision of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President “May God Protect Him” and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai “May God Protect Him”, in enabling the government section in the country to excel in its systems, performance, services and outcomes.
The program achieves its vision by applying the mission which the program was launched to fulfill, which is summarized in achieving superiority in the outcomes of the government sector’s performance and its human resources in the country, through the application of global model of excellence and launching a diverse and continues group of development initiatives to reinforce the culture of creativity and loyalty with all government sector employees, and to be a title for excellence, creativity and development, in order to achieve the mission of “Excellence Government” in providing motivational investment environment and contributing to the sustainability of development and prosperity, and reinforces the country’s role in becoming a regional center for international economy, to materialize the vision of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President “May God Protect Him”.
In this context, Emirates Identity Authority is keen to match the criteria of Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program through the ongoing participation in the “Distinct Federal Authority” category to win Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Award for Excellence in Government Performance, in order to achieve the highest levels of institutional excellence through a group of world class provided services which the authority works continuously to develop.
