Terms and Conditions

  • Valid Passport for over 6 months
  • A fine of AED 50 will be imposed for each day of overstay inside the UAE after the entry permit has expired or been cancelled, starting from the day following the end of the grace period applicable to the specific type of entry permit.
  • A request to cancel the tourist entry permit may not be submitted after the beneficiary has entered the country, unless the cancellation is linked to a status‑adjustment application. In this case, once the status‑adjustment request is submitted, the visa status will update to “settled/paid,” and a new visa will be issued for the beneficiary.
  • Cancellation of the visa is permitted only if the applicant has not entered the country, and the request must be submitted before the end of the visa’s validity period prior to entry.

  • Smart Application Fees - 100 AED
