Terms and Conditions

  • The health insurance must be issued within the United Arab Emirates and should have a validity period of 180 days.
  • Passport valid for no less than 6 months
  • A fine of AED 50 will be imposed for each day of overstay inside the UAE after the entry permit has expired or been cancelled, starting from the day following the end of the grace period applicable to the specific type of entry permit.
  • A tourist visa allows its holder to stay in the UAE for a continuous period not exceeding 90 days, and the Authority may extend it for an equivalent period, provided that the total stay does not exceed 180 days within a single year.
  • The visa holder must not exceed a stay of (90) days within a single year. The year is calculated from the date of the first entry into the UAE, not from the start of the calendar year or the visa issuance date.
  • The entry visa is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance, and the applicant must enter the country within this period to avoid cancellation of the visa or the need to extend it. This requirement applies only to the first entry; once the applicant enters the country for the first time, the visa becomes multiple‑entry, and the condition no longer applies thereafter.
  • The financial guarantee can be refunded by submitting a refund request after the visa is cancelled or after the beneficiary exits the country, provided that the visa is cancelled after the beneficiary’s departure and that no residency violations have been committed.
