This service enables the issuance of a single-entry visa for the purpose of exploring business establishment opportunities for a period of sixty (60) days, without the need for a host in the UAE

Terms and Conditions

  • The entry visa is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance, and the applicant must enter the country within this period to avoid cancellation of the visa or the need for an extension.
  • Having a Valid Health Insurance Policy within the UAE
  • Passport valid for no less than 6 months
  • A fine of AED 50 will be imposed for each day of overstay inside the UAE after the entry permit has expired or been cancelled, starting from the day following the end of the grace period applicable to the specific type of entry permit.
  • The financial guarantee can be refunded by submitting a refund request after the visa is cancelled or after the beneficiary exits the country, provided that the visa is cancelled after the beneficiary’s departure and that no residency violations have been committed.

List of Required Documents for Service

  • Passport
  • Personal Photo
  • Providing initial approval from the relevant authorities for business establishment
  • A stamped bank statement for a period of no less than 6 months
  • A copy of the personal identification card (Afghanistan / Iran / Iraq).
  • A bachelor's degree certificate or its equivalent from the recognized academic qualifications.

  • Expiry of the permitted stay period for the visa holder, or expiration of the entry visa (per day). - 50 AED
