Issue Family Book

• In the event that a family book was issued under a marriage statement, and the marriage contract took place outside the country, or the marriage contract was more than a year old, a certificate of continuity of marriage from within the country must be submitted.
• In the event that the husband wants to add a foreign wife, she must be present with the husband at the Customer Happiness Center.
• If the citizen husband or wife is a member of the armed forces, a letter of no objection to marrying a foreign wife or husband is required.
• In the event that a family book is issued according to a marriage statement and the husband is not working, a case declaration must be submitted from the Sharia Court.
• A divorced woman may choose the place to issue the new family book based on the record of her divorced husband or her father. In the event of choosing the place to issue her father’s family book, it is required that it be added with him before marriage.

• The condition of providing the service by the person concerned (the individual added to the family book after the age of 30 years or marriage)
• A new family book is issued to the widow, provided that she does not have any children registered in her deceased husband’s family book.
