Issuance of entry permits from ports (Land, Sea, and Air)

• Customers must follow the instructions and requirements sent to them during the course of the transaction in order to avoid canceling the activation of the request

Wives of Omani citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and domestic workers who are on their personal sponsorship are exempted from entry and exit fees to the country according to Ministerial Resolution No. (239/4) of 2001 regarding the exemption of financial fees for companions of citizens of the Sultanate of Oman.

The duration of the permit after entry is (60) days, which can be extended for a similar period

• A delay fee of (100AED) is collected for each day of delay after the grace period, which is 10 days after the expiry of the entry permit, in addition to a fee of 200AED for issuing an exit permit for each escort.

• Attach a copy of the entry permit issued to the sponsor (the head of the family)

• Delay fines are 100AED  for each day of delay for each resident and escort (applicable after the expiry of the 10-day period following the expiry of the entry permit)

The holder is allowed to enter the country through the approved official ports, for a period of (90) days from the date of the first entry and is not extendable, and it allows the holder to enter and exit on a daily basis and stay in the country for a period not exceeding (24) hours only.

We are limited to the category of dealers who hold valid residence permits for

• the neighboring country.
• The holder is not allowed to work in the state.
• It is limited to the higher professions and does not include the category of workers and the category of employees.

• Weather conditions: a service provided by the air port departments, to issue an emergency entry permit through the approved official air ports, in the event of canceling flights due to bad weather conditions and granted on the sponsorship of the carrier (airline) and allowing its holder to stay in the country for a period not exceeding (96) hours, And leave before the expiry of the specified period.

• Aircraft malfunctions: a service provided by the air port administrations, to issue an emergency entry permit through the approved official air ports, in the event of flight cancellations due to aircraft malfunctions. And leave before the expiry of the specified period.
• Health Exhibitor: A service provided by the air and sea ports departments, to issue an emergency entry permit in the case of a health exhibitor for travelers coming to the country, allowing its holder to enter the country through the approved official ports, and to stay in the country for a period not exceeding (7) days, provided that the visa is modified to an entry permit. For treatment if it requires staying in the country for more than that

• Passport or approved travel document
• Fill in the data of passengers who do not have what entitles them to enter the country, according to the airline form, which is approved by the company operating at the port
• Attach a personal photo

For the health model category, an official letter from the port security police and a patient case form from the National Ambulance should be added

• A delay fee of (100AED) is collected for each day of delay after the end of the grace period, according to the type of emergency, in addition to a fee of 200 d for the issuance of the departure permit for each passenger, and the fees will be borne by the sponsor in the case of an air or sea carrier.
• No delay fees are exempted if they occur
