Requirements
  • Expatriate residents/GCC nationals/citizens

Evidence to support the customer’s request for exemption according to one of the following reasons:

1. An individual who left the country and spent more than (3) months outside the country, and the validity of his identity card expired after the date of their departure from the country.

2. An individual whose identity card has expired after being deported by an order, an administrative decision, or a judicial ruling, or whose passport is seized pending cases,  provided that this is proven by a letter or a receipt issued by the competent authorities that deported him or suspended him pending cases

3. An individual who has not been issued an identity card for the period before obtaining the nationality of the country and before obtaining the family book.

The time to obtain the service The procedure is done electronically 48 hours after receiving and accepting the service request that meets the conditions
Comments Those who left the country for more than (3) months outside the country and whose identity card has expired after the date of their departure from the country are automatically exempted from administrative delay fees.

  • Fill in the application data, where applicable
