Last Friday, the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, represented by the Office of the Executive Director of Customer Happiness Centers at the General Directorate of Identity and Citizenship, organized an awareness-raising workshop in cooperation with the Emirates Health Services in Dubai on the updates of the “Mabrouk Mayak” service.
The workshop, which aimed to educate health personnel in the public and private sectors, included a review of the latest developments and updates on the “Mabrouk Mayak” service provided by the Authority to customers, as many hospitals participated in this workshop.
Mu’ad Al-Naqbi from the Office of the Executive Director of the Customer Happiness Centers explained the updates that occurred in providing the service with the aim of meeting the needs of customers, and the questions that were asked by the participants regarding the procedures, conditions and criteria for providing that service were answered.
The workshop emphasized the importance of informing the beneficiaries and participants in the service about the guide attached to the “Mabrouk Mayak” service website, which explains to customers the procedures and how to apply for the service. On the sidelines of the workshop, a brainstorming session was held on the challenges that the customer may face and what are the most prominent proactive solutions.
At the end of the workshop, a competition was organized through the “Kahoot Platform”, which included a set of questions related to the workshop, and the announcement and awarding of the winners of the participants in the workshop.
