The Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality, Customs, and Ports Security received a delegation from the National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management to discuss enhancing joint cooperation and seeing the best practices of the authority in the fields of strategic planning, institutional performance, institutional excellence awards and quality systems applied in the authority and its impact on the processes of improvement, development and institutional reputation.
The delegation received the pioneering Youssef Abdullah Al -Hammadi, Director of the Strategy and Future Department at the Authority, and included the delegation of the National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management, Kholoud Al-Ketbi, Sultan Al-Kaabi, Fatima Al-Shehhi, Muhammad Al-Muqbali and Hamad Al-Falasi.
The visit included a joint meeting, at the Innovation Center at the Authority’s headquarters in Khalifa City in Abu Dhabi, to review best practices in the field of strategic planning and excellence, in the presence of a group of department heads and branch managers of the authority.
Major Youssef Al -Hammadi stressed, during the meeting, the importance of the strategic partnership between the two bodies, noting that this partnership contributes to the exchange of experiences, knowledge, best practices and experiences in the field of strategic planning, excellence standards, quality systems, the completion of standard comparison studies, and so developing the work environment for both parties, including It leads to raising the level of customer satisfaction, happiness, and raising the level of the state’s competitiveness in global forums.
