Ismail Fadlallah, Director of FAIC’s Customer Happiness Centers, inspected the work of FAIC’s Customer Happiness Center, annexed to Preventive Medicine Center in Musaffah, and looked at part of the process of providing services to the Center’s visitors.
During the visit, Mr. Fadlallah accompanied with Sultan Al Dhahiri, the Director of the Abu Dhabi Customer Happiness Centers, met Ahmed Khoury, Director of the Center, and the staff members, and listened to their comments and suggestions to improve performance and raise it to better levels, inviting them to work with one team spirit, and exert the utmost efforts to upgrade the services provided to customers by shortening the time and effort they exert, in order to make them happy, and to achieve satisfaction and put a smile on their faces.
