His Excellency Brigadier Khaled bin Yousef bin Hudaiba, Executive Director of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Umm Al Quwain, honored Major Muhammad Obaid Al Ali, Director of Customer Happiness Centers, and First Lieutenant Ibrahim Muhammad Al Shehhi, Director of the Electronic Visa Branch, for their outstanding efforts and contributions in providing administrative and innovative solutions that ensure customer happiness, and for providing customers with unique experience by directing and processing applications in the optimal manner that overcomes potential difficulties. This recognition comes as part of the Authority’s keenness to motivate its staff and in appreciation of their outstanding efforts.
