The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs at the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security in Abu Dhabi held, through video communication technology, the second forum of the partners titled “Partners in Leadership”, headed by His Excellency Major General Saeed Salem Al Shamsi, Executive Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, and in the presence of several managers. The forum was attended by many strategic and key partners of the Department.
During the forum, His Excellency Major General Al Shamsi stressed the importance of partners in developing the work system in the administration and providing the required support to implement plans and launch new systems and initiatives that achieve the Authority’s strategic objectives, pointing out that the support of partners from government agencies, institutions and private sector companies contributed to achieving leadership in providing services, simplifying and standardizing procedures, which had the greatest impact on the happiness of customers and partners alike.
