ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ras Al Khaimah organized an emergency evacuation drill in cooperation with the Ras Al Khaimah Civil Defense Department. This emergency evacuation drill marks ICA’s commitment to applying the best safety and security standards for employees and customers in addition to anchoring and raising awareness of the occupational health and safety standards.
The drill included training the employees on the emergency evacuation plans and their types, and how to act properly during disasters or fires, learning them about the priority categories during such emergency evacuation. It also included the clarification of the mechanism of accessing the assembly points in case of fire and the preventive measures to be followed.
