The General Directorate of Nationality at the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship discussed with a delegation from the Ministry of Interior the ways of enhancing cooperation between the two sides in the development of services provided to different categories of customers and facilitate the procedures for the special categories of the community.
This came during the meeting of Brigadier Suhail Jumaa Al Khaili, Acting Director-General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, in his office in the main headquarters of the Authority, with Colonel Hamad Rashid Al Zaabi from the Ministry of Interior, where the two sides discussed the possibility of forming a joint working team to develop cooperation and following it up to enhance the level of services provided and contribute to achieving higher Satisfaction rates for both sides.
At the end of the meeting, the two sides agreed to enhance and maintain coordination in order to facilitate the completion of the services related to both sides as quickly and easily as possible.
