The employees of ICA’s Customers Happiness Center, annexed to the Preventive Medical Center in Musaffah, celebrated their colleagues who completed from the “Customer Happiness” training program organized by ICA in cooperation with the Prime Ministers Office.
During the ceremony, Ahmed Khoury, the Center’s director, invited the Center’s employees to exert every single effort and improve their performance to achieve Customer happiness and satisfaction. He praised the training program, which aims at developing the skills of ICA’s employees, enabling them to properly receive customers. It also aims at enhancing their ability to understand customers’ needs, showing the highest levels of attention.
