Major General Al Rashidi receives copy of PhD thesis in Management completed by Lt. Col. Ahmed Al Dalal

H.E. Major General Saeed Rakan Al Rashidi, Director General of Foreigners Affairs & Ports at ICA, received Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Ahmed Ali Saeed Al Dalal, who dedicated to his Excellency a copy of his PhD thesis in Management. During the meeting, H.E. M.G. Al Rashidi highlighted that the strategy of ICA, which is derived from the strategy adopted by the federal government, focuses on providing all potentials and opportunities required for promoting the efforts of the distinguished national cadres, especially the holders of higher degrees.

Lt. Col. Dr. Al Dalal pointed out that the significance of his thesis stems from the implementation of ICA’s strategy regarding the importance of innovation in developing human capital.
