A delegation of Dubai Education Zone reviewed the experience of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship in participation in the Emirates Government Services Excellence Program and Global Star Rating System for Services which was adopted by the government (7 Stars).
This came during the visit of the delegation of Dubai Education Zone to ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Al Barsha. The Delegation listened during the visit to an explanation by Abdul Nasser Al Ali, Acting Director of the Center, on the standards adopted by ICA and the practices that ICA applies to provide the customers with the best services, in addition to the most prominent initiatives being implemented in such regard.
Amira Al Khouri, Head of Services Leadership at ICA’s General Directorate of Identity, presented an explanation to the delegation about the journey of ICA to excellence in general, and the Emirates Government Services Excellence Program in particular. Amira reviewed in this explanation the various aspects of such experience, the phases which ICA passed, and the results achieved.
At the end of the visit, Al Ali accompanied the delegation in a tour in different sections of the Center and briefed them about the procedures of providing the customers with services in accordance with the code adopted by ICA in this regard, which focuses on the commitment of providing a service that meets the customer ambition and exceeds his expectations.
