ICA organized training course for it employees titled “Certified Corporate Trainer” to familiarize them with the latest training techniques, and to inform them about the advanced approaches in this field.
The workshop, presented by Dr. Saeed Ballaith Al Tunaiji, included detailed explanation about the importance of training and its role in improving the performance of Human Resources, the most important skills that must be characterized by the trainer, such as contacting and communication skills with different types of trainees, courage to make administrative decisions, skill of analyzing and solving problems immediately inside the training rooms, and field training places.
During the workshop attended by 19 employees, Dr. Ballaith showed number of common mistakes committed by the trainers, way of tackling them, in addition to explaining the skills of dealing with the critical situations that may be experienced by the trainer.
