The Innovation Section of Strategy and Future Department at the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship organized a workshop to introduce the updated version of “Bank of Creative Ideas”, which was participated in by the system coordinators at the different ICA’s departments.
The workshop, which was attended by 50 employees, included an explanation for the features of the updated version of the “Bank of Creative Ideas” system, which is available to its employees and customers via its website to enable them to present their ideas and suggestions through it.
During the workshop, the director of ICA’s Innovation Center, Captain AbdelAziz Al Shehi, confirmed that ICA is keen to deal with ideas and suggestions presented by the public with efficiency, according to a documented approach, by studying and discussing them precisely and follow up the implementation of the useful ones under the supervision of qualified and specialized cadres.
During the four-day workshop, the attendants listened to an explanation about the mechanism of the system, phases of ideas and suggestions evaluation, and determination of the role of system coordinators assigned by ICA’s departments.
Al Shehi explained the concept and importance of innovation in reaching the desired goals and its positive impact on the work environment, the matter which is reflected in providing the best services for customers, granting them happiness, and achieving the highest levels of satisfaction.
