ICA Discusses “You are top priority to us” Initiative

Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” held a coordination meeting with the presence of HE Brigadier Suhail bin kaltham Al Khaili, Acting General Director of Identity and Passports along with an array of ICA senior directors and officials at the Martyrs meeting room. The attendees have been briefed on the details of the initiative of “You are our first priority ”.
This initiative is aiming at enhancing, boosting the effective communication with the ICA staff amidst COVID-19 pandemic outbreak conditions as well as creating a proper environment triggering the proactivity, positivity and sense of responsibility towards ICA. In turn, this will further enhance the levels of performance and productivity for the employees in addition to other objectives reflecting that ICA is paying due consideration to its valued employees.
