ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ras Al Khaimah briefed a delegation from FEWA on its experience in participating in Emirates Government Excellence Program and the World Star Rating System (7 stars) adopted by the government.
Ismail Al Blooshi, Director of the Center, reviewed before the delegation presided by Khalid Al Shehhi, Director of Customer Happiness Department of the Northern Region, ICA’s experience in developing its level of services in line with the standards of the (7-star) system, where 4 of its centers were able to obtain a (5-star) rating, In the third cycle of the global star system for services rating 2018, out of (7) government centers obtained such rating.
The Center’s supervisors Khadija Al Taniji and Fatima Al Blooshi, and the senior corporate excellence specialist Amal Qassim, presented a detailed explanation to the delegation about the services provided by the Center to its customers, the nature of its work and the procedures for providing services to its customers, In accordance with the Customer Happiness Charter adopted by ICA in this field, which focuses on the commitment to provide a service that meets the aspirations of the customer and exceeds his expectations.
The visiting delegation included Khawla Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Operations and Services Development Manager, Nourah Obaid Al Zaabi, Senior Operations Analyst, and Zainab Hussain Al Shehabi, Administrative Assistant.
