The Executive Affairs Board of General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs at ICA emphasized the importance of providing excellent services with high quality in all departments of residency and foreigners’ affairs. This comes in line with ICA’s approach to develop its direct, electronic, and smart services, in order to make the customers happy and achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
The Board reviewed a number of proposed mechanisms for the development of GDRFA operations and performance at various levels, thus contributing to improving the level of services and reducing procedures, stages, and steps required for each service. This will also be positively reflected on the employee and the customer by reducing the time and effort needed to accomplish the required service.
This was announced during the fourth meeting of the Board, which was held at ICA’s Headquarters in Abu Dhabi headed by Major General Saeed Rakan Al Rashdi, Director General of Foreign Affairs and Ports at ICA, and attended by the Executive Directors of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in the State.
The Board reviewed the performance indicators that measure the achievement rates in the operations, services and projects implemented by GDRFA, emphasizing the importance of reviewing them periodically to ensure that they are proceeding according to what is planned and achieving the required results, and discussed the other topics included in its agenda and took appropriate decisions.
