The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship organized a blood donation campaign in cooperation with the Blood Bank of the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), as part of the activities organized by FAIC in cooperation with the “Year of Goodness” Initiative.
The campaign, which was held at the headquarters of FAIC in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, aimed to consolidate the concepts of goodness and giving to the staff of FAIC, deepen the spirit of social responsibility and promote the culture of humanitarian and volunteer work.
The campaign, organized by FAIC in the framework of its commitment to its community responsibilities, witnessed wide participation of FAIC’s senior officials, staff of departments and sections and employees of customer happiness center in Khalifa City, who expressed their happiness in organizing this humanitarian campaign which provides blood to the needy patients all over the state hospitals.
The campaign also included a number of medical examinations for the donors under the supervision of the medical team to ensure their fitness and ability to donate, in addition to answer the questions of donors about the benefits of blood donation and qualified people specialists from the Blood Bank.
