FAIC opens a new Customer Happiness Center in “Dubai International Academic City” in Dubai, to provide fingerprint and photo services to complete registration procedures for city employees and students.
FAIC stated that opening the new Customer Happiness Center comes within the framework of its plan to expand the provision of Customer Happiness Centers and Offices at the state level and to reach all categories of its customers at their nearest points and to provide them the best services.
FAIC stated also that the Customer Happiness Center includes two service stations with a capacity of 100 customers a day, and opens its doors from 7.30 am to 2.30 pm, on the working days from Sunday to Thursday.
FAIC pointed out that its customers and the public can obtain the address of the new Customer Happiness Center and the addresses of its Customer Happiness Centers and Offices all over the state, as well as reaching it through “Google Maps”, through its website (www.id.gov.ae) (FAIC Customer Happiness Centers) on the website Homepage.
