The Executive Director of Customer Happiness Affairs, Youssef Al Blooshi, checked the flow of work in ICA’s Customer Happiness Centers in Al Dhafra.
Al Blooshi, during the tour in which he was accompanied by the Director of ICA’s Customer Happiness Centers, Ismail Fadl Allah, and Director of Abu Dhabi Centers, Sultan Al Dhahiri, met the directors, employees, and customers of the centers, and listened to their suggestions and comments.
Al Blooshi expressed his thanks to all employees for their giving and efforts, and urged them to continue team working, double effort, work hard, and maintain positive energy to upgrade the services to a seven-star level in order to bring happiness and satisfy the customers.
