Emirates Identity Authority adopts world’s best practices in human resources management

The Higher Management at the Emirates Identity Authority has instructed that specialized courses be offered to the Emirates ID employees as per their jobs and the tasks of departments. It has also stressed the necessity for directors to play an instructive and educational role through visiting the Emirates Identity Authority’s worksites, centers and headquarters across the UAE.

The Emirates Identity Authority stressed the importance of the regular meetings held by directors with employees in which clear messages are given with the aim of enlightening them, linking them with the Emirates ID’s objectives, plans and projects, and consolidating the channels of dialogue and communication with them in a bid to give the opportunity to their experiences and suggestions to see the light.

In addition, the Higher Management adopted the idea of inspecting the service provision levels at the Emirates Identity Authority’s worksites and highlighted the evaluation of the results of training and its effect on the employee as well as on work. It also adopted the idea of streamlining the corporate suggestion system and coming up with as many contributions of employees as possible.

This was announced during a meeting held by the Emirates Identity Authority in the presence of H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, H.E. Hatem Al Hamli, Executive Director for Financial Affairs and Acting Executive Director for Administrative Affairs and Relations, Yousef Al Bulooshi, Chief Executive Officer of Registration Centers, and a number of directors.

The meeting discussed the plan of the development works for conforming to the human resources investors’ criteria, this being one of the world’s best practices for the management of human resources. In addition, many policies which are expected to have a great effect on motivating and improving the Emirates Identity Authority’s contributions and practices were devised and adopted.

The Emirates Identity Authority will soon start selecting and training a group of employees from all geographic worksites to be ambassadors of human resources excellence with the aim of supporting the project and ensuring its communication with all employees.
