The Emirates Identity and Citizenship Academy of ICA announced the launch of the Professional Diploma in “Innovation and Future Outlook” as of the next September.
The Academy reported that about 30 of ICA’s employees joined the first session of the program, which lasts for 8 months.
The program aims at providing ICA’s employees with the best knowledge and practical skills that contribute to developing their capacities, improving their knowledge and upgrading their performance to the best levels.
Colonel Mohamed Saeed Al Ameri, the Director of the Academy, said in the statement published today by Al Khaleej Newspaper that the innovation and future outlook forms a part of UAE national agenda and should be communicated to employees to promote their skills and professional abilities. This way they can contribute to raising ICA’s position to keep pace with the policies and orientations of the State.
From his part, Major Dr. Ayed Kayed Al Harthi, Head of the Faculty of Identity and Citizenship Sciences, said that the program objectives are to graduate a generation equipped for the future according to scientific theories and professionalism in the field of innovation and future outlook.
