The Emirates Identity Authority participated with a special stand in the exhibition held on the sidelines of the ID WORLD Abu Dhabi 2012 Summit, which kicked off in Abu Dhabi today.
The Emirates Identity Authority presented in its stand a number of its publications and scientific researches, which illustrated its vision, mission, strategic plan 2010-2013 and the most outstanding initiatives and projects emanating from it.
The Emirates Identity Authority also showcased the self-service machine, which it intends to provide to customers as part of its endeavor to upgrade the ID card delivery service.
It is noteworthy that the Emirates Identity Authority has recently announced the experimental provision of the self-service machines in 4 registration centers, while work is under way in expanding the scope of the project to include a larger number of centers in the upcoming period in case the experimental operation has proved successful.
