Emirates ID honors ECSSR for hosting World ID Abu Dhabi Summit

The Emirates Identity Authority honored H.E. Dr. Jamal Sanad Al-Suwaidi, Director General of the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR) in a gesture of appreciation for collaboration and efforts exerted by him and the ECSSR staff in supporting Emirates ID’s strategic projects and plans. The ECSSR recently hosted World ID Abu Dhabi summit held under the patronage of His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Deputy Chairman of the Emirates Identity Authority.

H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, presented H.E. Dr. Jamal Al-Suwaidi with the Emirates ID shield at his office at ECSSR.

In a statement on this occasion, Dr. Al-Suwaidi stressed that this honoring adds new qualitative motives for more work, dedication and exertion of tremendous efforts to realize the vision of the UAE’s leadership represented by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to achieve high levels of sustainable development in the UAE, realize the ambitions of the UAE people and achieve the highest levels of social and economic welfare and prosperity.

Al-Suwaidi underlined the willingness of ECSSR to provide any research, technical and consulting support to institutions from the public and private sectors in the state as well as institutions and agencies in the GCC countries and other Arab countries. He said “The mission adopted by ECSSR towards developing our peoples will always brim with genuine national, Arab and human values.”

He expressed his and ECSSR experts’ deep appreciation for the honoring he received from the international panel of judges at World ID Abu Dhabi Summit and from Emirates ID. He hoped that Emirates ID keeps achieving more of its strategic accomplishments to develop the UAE and serve its people.
