The regular meeting held by the directors of registration centers at the Emirates Identity Authority discussed the government service quality guide and the customer service charter guidelines.
The meeting, chaired by H.E. Yousef Al Bulooshi, Chief Executive Officer of Registration Centers, was briefed on the quality activities and policies in registration centers and the Fujairah Registration Center’s experience in the field of awareness of typing offices.
The meeting, held in Ajman Registration Center, recommended that the emergency plan in registration centers be activated and evacuation drills be conducted correctly without causing confusion to customers. It also recommended that training courses be reduced, provided that this would not affect the progress of work at the Emirates Identity Authority.
