H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has stressed the importance of selecting and appointing human cadres in the Emirates Identity Authority according to the new strategic plan 2010-2013, which focuses on the provision of human resources that are capable of carrying out the targeted projects and contribute to discharging tasks proficiently and efficiently.
During his meeting with the Emirates Identity Authority’s interview committee members, Al Khouri highlighted the key role played by the committee, which is the mirror of the Emirates Identity Authority that should represent it in the best way. He called on the committee to keep co-ordinating with the authorities concerned at the Emirates Identity Authority to determine the future needs of human resources.
The committee members’ credibility and dependence on the different means of tests including the mental approaches, personal characteristics and academic attainment would play a key role in selecting highly qualified candidates for work in the Emirates Identity Authority, he said.
Al Khouri also called on the committee members to pay considerable attention to all the applicants for the various jobs at the Emirates Identity Authority as this would reflect positively on the applicants, ease their psychological discomfort and prove to them that the Emirates Identity Authority has an attractive work environment.
