His Excellency Brigadier Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Acting Director-General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) paid an inspection visit to the General Directorate for Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Ajman to review the smart services work system, and he praised its achievements, as it contributed to improving the customer’s journey and enhancing the quality of services provision.
He also explored a number of departments to check on the workflow, the mechanisms, and outputs of remote work, and he urged everybody to exert more efforts to provide services and promote them in accordance with the highest levels of excellence and innovation. During his tour, Al Khaili also visited the Department of Identity and Citizenship, where he was briefed on the services provided through smart platforms and their effectiveness in the accuracy and speed of completing transactions, which contribute to increase the satisfaction and happiness rates.
This visit is part of the ICA’s endeavours to support and motivate employees in its various departments, to closely recognize the customers’ needs, and to listen to their proposals and the challenges they may face.
