ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Sharjah received a delegation from Chief Happiness and Positivity Officer Program in local and federal government authorities, to review the best practices applied by ICA’s Centers in field of customer happiness.
Rashid Al Nuaimi, Director of Dubai and Northern Emirates Centers, introduced to the visiting delegation a presentation about the services provided by ICA to its customers and the most important exercises approached to grant happiness to its customers according to its approved policy in this field, which concentrates on providing a service that meets the ambitions of customer and exceeds his expectations, and the applicable means to train its employees in filed of granting customers services and happiness, the matter which in turn participated in achieving excellence in this field.
Al Nuaimi briefed the delegation, in the presence of Ahmed Al Bah, director of Sharjah Customer Happiness Center, on the most imprtant initiatives adopted by ICA in filed of customer service, the applicable mechanisms of receiving their ideas and suggestions and how to get benefit from such ideas and suggestions in enhancing the excellence approach.
At the end of visit, Al Nuaimi and Al Bah took the visiting delegation in a tour in the customer happiness center’s sections, during which they learnt about the nature of work, registration process and the distinguished services delivered to grant happiness to the customers.
