The employees of Al Karama Registration Center in Dubai have participated in a blood donation campaign for thalassemia patients as part of the Emirates Identity Authority’s campaign launched at the invitation of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may Allah save him.
The blood donation campaign, which was recently conducted in co-ordination with Dubai Blood Donation Center – Latifa Hospital, saw the participation of Al Karama Registration Center’s management and employees and a number of customers.
This step came as part of the keenness of the Emirates Identity Authority’s family on participating in such humanitarian, social and national initiatives, which reflect the nobility and cohesion of the UAE society, both as leadership and people, and contribute to supporting the programs of blood transfusion banks and supplying as much blood as needed by the hospitals across the UAE, particularly the children suffering from thalassemia who constantly need blood transfusion.
