Amani Al-Nuaimi, an employee in ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ajman, participated in “By Determination, We Reach Beak” event, which was organized by the Danat Women’s Council in the Emiratisation Department at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, as part of the Ministry’s celebrations on the occasion of the 46th National Day.
During the event, Al-Nuaimi stated her experience as one of people of determination employees, who challenged the difficulties and obstacles that hindered their way, and how she was able, through her strong will and determination, to succeed to turn her visual disability into a source of positive energy, until she obtained her university degree.
During the event, which was attended by a large number of employees of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and the Ministry of Social Development, Al-Nuaimi called all people of determination to be patient and positive, in order to overcome all difficulties to achieve success in all areas of life and to achieve excellence and creativity.
