A delegation from the Ministry of Education reviews the practices of “Identity and Citizenship” in the field of services and innovation

The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security received an official delegation from the Ministry of Education headed by Dr. Samira Al Mulla, and several officials from the Ministry. The aim of the visit was to look at the best innovative practices applied by the Authority and the advanced services it provides to members of society and institutions, which contributed to the development and modernization of the work environment and raising the level of customer satisfaction.
The delegation from the Ministry of Education was received by His Excellency Brigadier General Khalifa Matar Balqubaa Al Hamiri, Executive Director of the Customer Happiness Centers several officials from the Authority. During the visit, the delegation made a field tour of the Customer Happiness Center in Khalifa City A in Abu Dhabi, during which they were briefed on the advanced procedures and services provided by the Authority.
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the latest techniques and follow-up systems applied in the operations room associated with the authority’s customer happiness centers. His Excellency the Executive Director of the customer happiness centers provided a detailed explanation of the follow-up and monitoring systems in the operating room, highlighting how they solve glitches and problems in a momentary manner to ensure continuity of work in the operation room round the clock.
Lieutenant Colonel Ali Al Hassani, Director of the Office of the Executive Director of Customer Happiness Centers, tackled the importance of keeping abreast of developments in accordance with the Authority’s strategy 2023-2026, which aims to provide proactive digital services to customers round the clock, in a way that embodies the state’s directions. Moaz Al-Naqbi explained the features of the shipment tracking system for the “Mabrouk Ma Yak” service, stressing that this system ensures that the customer obtains an innovative and proactive service.
At the end of the visit, Dr. Samira Al-Mulla expressed her happiness with the level of services and innovations implemented by the Authority and its ambitious future plans. She also thanked the Authority and its leadership for the constructive cooperation and speed of response to the requests of the Ministry of Education, and for the hospitality.
