Strategy and Future Department – ICA’s Board of Directors Office has received a delegation from the General Authority of Islamic Affairs & Endowments with the aim of conducting a benchmarking to review the best practices in ICA’s electronic complaints system.
Major Yousef Al Hammadi, Director of Strategy and Future Department – ICA’s Board of Directors Office, briefed the visiting delegation during the meeting held at ICA’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi on Monday, January 27, 2020, about the mechanism of the electronic complaints system, and reviewed the work procedures and complaints management process in the system.
